"Gay", "Lesbian", "Straight", "Bisexual" are needless restrictive terms and should not carry any law weight. "Androphilia" or "Hynephilia" are more correct definitions and should be considered paraphilias.
The social software pieces causing these are immensely useful for procreation of humanity and thus burned deep and hard into brains of every human but still should be discarded in modern society.
