The ship descended shakily, warp fields giving way sometimes and dropping it several meters at time. The tribe already gathered in a semi circle delimited by sacred burns, firearms at the ready, but mostly for ceremonial reasons. Finally, ship hit the cracked cement and door opened. Ilo stumbled out with a battered briefcase in hand. Tribe clamored after seeing the sacred markings. "Hey guys", Ilo said with a grin, then turned and thrown up on the scorched cement. "All right, let's talk business. Bring the shinestones." Chief motioned and crowd gave way to a scavenged jeep loaded with shinestones. Slaves led the cart to Ilo, then dispersed back. Ilo reached into the pocket and produced a scanner, then waved it around the cart. Readout pleased him. "Looks o-kay." Ilo shambled to the chief and extended hand with briefcase. "Here, new godtalk. No smash, remember? Gods no talk -- wait Ilo. No smash. More godtalk - shinestone cart, shinestone cart, shinestone cart". A tribal in a patchwork grey coat rushed from the crowd and looked up to chief. Chief nodded. Grey coat carefully took the briefcase, put it on a leaf pad and opened. His face lit up with god colors. Crowd cheered joyfully. "Well, see ya", Ilo bowed to chief, and back-walked back to the ship. "Next shipdown - moon!". In the ship, Ilo sighed in relief and deactivated his dead man's switch. He gave a command and watched drones empty cart into the cargo bay. This should pay for the chemo and engine tune-up to safely warp back to Earth, eventually.
